Time out, in memorum

The View
to which McCain and Palin are most definitely not invited

ever

Time out this evening.

Mark Knopfler in the DVD player, candles in the fireplace (it doesn't work), maybe some fried eggs and (Jesus)toast. (little private joke)

The simple things.
....

The stolen Obama sign

in memorum of JT's sign

One thing.

Oh, alright, maybe two..

JT's Obama sign was stolen from her lawn in Iowa. She and her husband loved that sign.

The cruel irony. Here she is, watching SignKid's in Portland with us, and while she sleeps, they take hers.

We sent her a new one. Let democracy live; let freedom ring.

And for those determined to try to take our right of self-expression, well there are some determined among us, too. Click here for escapees post in Kos.

Then, just Google "Steal my Obama signs, will you?", and look what you come up with.

Mom, yours is coming, too. I ordered it with JT's replacement sign from DemStore.com. The one from Barackobama.com will probably arrive the same day. Oh well. Share the spirit of Hope with your neighbors.

CHAOS, I sign with the picture below. CHAOS rules, and I forgive you, Pots. [wink]

Take it, David Knowles.

I'm sure I'm not the only male in America who, when Palin dropped her first wink, sat up a little straighter on the couch and said, "Hey, I think she just winked at me." And her smile. By the end, when she clearly knew she was doing well, it was so sparkling it was almost mesmerizing. It sent little starbursts through the screen and ricocheting around the living rooms of America.

You betcha', my friends! Here's a shout out to ya'! [blows kiss]
